1. The Service

Leadline is a monitoring tool that surfaces public Reddit activity where users express problems, comparisons, or interest related to specific products or services. Leadline does not guarantee any number of leads, conversations, or business outcomes.

2. Subscription & Cancellation

Leadline is billed on a monthly subscription basis. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period or trial. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Leadline for spam, harassment, illegal activity, or violations of Reddit’s terms or applicable laws. Leadline does not send messages or take actions on your behalf. All outreach decisions and actions are your responsibility.

4. Disclaimer

Leadline is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for lost revenue, missed opportunities, account restrictions, or results arising from the use of the service.
